- Happy Travelers Club was created more than 15 years ago for the purpose of providing the residents of Tampa Bay Golf & Country Club with a reputable way of booking Cruises and worldwide travel offerings for residents. Happy Travelers now offers travel to friends, neighbors and family of our residents to travel with us and we have guests from across the state and country
